Li Hechun is currently at the Program on Arms Control and Disarmament in the China Defense Science

and Technology Information Center. Li is a senior research fellow and deputy director of the Program on

Arms Control and Disarmament, where his work on international security issues focus on the implications

and the roles of high technology weapon systems. He is an expert on missile defense and also familiar with

arms control issues. He received a Masters degree in technology from Beijing University of Aeronautics and

Astronautics in 1990, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the same university.
