The International School On Disarmament And Research On Conflicts (ISODARCO) held The Seventh ISODARCO-Beijing Seminar on Arms Control in Xian, PRC, from October 8-12, 2000. The conference brought together nonproliferation experts from China, the United States, Europe, Canada, Japan and Russia to discuss nuclear weapons nonproliferation and disarmament issues.
